Shipping Policy

Handmade to Order

Each NOOK piece is handmade to order in our Kent workshop.

Please allow 10–14 working days for your order to be made, finished and prepared for dispatch.

This time allows us to make and finish your piece properly, including allowing the natural oil finish sufficient time to settle before your order is carefully packed.

We will always aim to dispatch orders sooner where possible, but we don't rush the finishing process.

Delivery

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information where available.

Delivery times are in addition to our 10–14 working day making time and will depend on the delivery service selected at checkout.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple handmade items, they will normally be dispatched together once the full order is ready.

Delays

Occasionally, particularly during busy periods, orders may take a little longer. If we expect your order to be significantly delayed beyond the stated lead time, we'll contact you.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
